1. Online Payment Policy
When you make a booking or purchase a package through our website or app, you may be redirected to a secure third-party payment gateway. All payment details are handled by the payment provider under their respective terms and privacy policies.
- Ashsheefa Hospital is not responsible for payment failures or delays caused by your bank, card provider, or payment gateway.
- Once payment is confirmed, booking details will be shared via the app or registered email/SMS.
2. Cancellation Policy
a. User-Initiated Cancellations
- You may cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled test or checkup date.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations requested in advance will be eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount (excluding any non-refundable charges, if applicable).
b. Hospital-Initiated Cancellations
- In rare cases, Ashsheefa Hospital may cancel a booking due to doctor unavailability, equipment issues, or operational constraints.
- In such cases, you will receive a full refund of the paid amount to the original payment source.
c. Doctor Appointment
- You may cancel your Doctor Appointment, Lab Test, or Health Checkup Package booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or test date.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for a full refund.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed according to the terms outlined below and depend on the payment method used at the time of booking.
- All eligible refunds will be made to the original payment source used during booking.
- Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 4–7 business days.
- The exact duration may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
- The test sample has already been collected.
- The checkup or consultation has already been completed.
- No cancellation request was made before the scheduled time.
- The booking was made under a promotional or non-refundable offer.
- Doctor consultation or appointment has already been completed.
- The patient did not attend the scheduled appointment (no-show).
4. Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change. You can request to reschedule your booking as per the terms below:
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
- Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to slot availability and hospital discretion.
5. Doctor Appointment Bookings
- Doctor appointment bookings made through our website are subject to doctor availability and hospital scheduling.
- If a doctor becomes unavailable due to emergencies or schedule changes, patients may either reschedule the appointment or request a full refund of the consultation fee.
